Terms of Service

These operational terms apply unreservedly to all verbal agreements, formal proforma invoices, purchase orders, and commercial transactions concluded between client institutions and Shree Bhramani Industries. Any secondary stipulations advanced by the ordering entity are rejected unless explicitly countersigned by our authorized management director.

Standard pricing estimates shared via official electronic transmittals maintain binding validity for thirty (30) calendar days. Final billed totals integrate baseline equipment setups but explicitly exclude auxiliary customization tooling, special custom dynamic line interfaces, and region-specific GST or custom duty structures unless expressly indexed inside the final invoice layout.

Delivery dispatch target dates are calculated directly from standard production clearances following receipt of verified initial advance financial clearance. On-site physical placement and primary unboxing tasks are executed by certified field engineering personnel. The ordering entity commits to providing safe operational mechanical support mounts, continuous stabilized single-phase power inputs, and clear ground paths prior to requested commissioning trials.

Original structural frameworks and mechanical pump drives carry standard coverage lasting twelve (12) months from successful site boot. Critical Limitation: Operational warranty coverage is instantly rendered void if diagnostic sensors verify usage of counterfeit, third-party uncertified ink fluids or unapproved solvent makeup streams that cause premature drive erosion or printhead blockage.

Client institutions are strongly encouraged to maintain optimized stock levels of core native solvent matrix bottles. Shree Bhramani guarantees absolute chemical batch conformity across all delivered fluid payloads. Defective consumable packages must be officially reported within seven (7) days of arrival alongside clear seal documentation to activate instant replacement dispatch.

Any structural engineering friction or prolonged billing discrepancies arising out of equipment deployment shall be handled via private arbitration in accordance with standard corporate conventions. All standard operational litigation remains bound exclusively to the local municipal courts of Gujarat, India.
